Our range is designed with you, the parent, in mind, so you can make sure you are sunnies smart and your little ones’ eyes are 100% protected. We also aim to look after you too by providing a simple, easy to use website on which to order,  quick, trackable delivery options, no hassle pre paid returns labels should you wish to try sizing at home and 24/7 help via our email customer services.

Product prices, payment procedures and delivery options are all displayed on our website. All pricing includes VAT, but excludes any delivery charges. All products available on our website are for personal use only and may not be used for re-selling purposes.

We currently accept payments via PayPal and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The payment is processed immediately via the PayPal gateway, so please ensure you have included all the correct details including shipping address and a mobile telephone number before completing your order. Please Note: It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

We will send you an automated email Order Confirmation to the email address provided at the checkout page. To cancel or change your order follow our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order that we believe may result in a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

In the event that your country is not listed on our checkout page and you are unable to place an order via our website, please do contact us via email, as we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you.

Please note that orders sent internationally (outside UK) may be subject to local taxes and duty fees which you, the customer, will be responsible for.

We reserve the right to use any information submitted by you (text, photos, graphics or other content) at our own discretion including, without limitation, to edit, copy, reproduce and post.

Portrose Limited makes no warranties, express or implied that making the products available in any particular jurisdiction outside the UK is permitted under any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. If you are resident outside the UK, you must satisfy yourself that you are lawfully able to purchase the products. We accept no liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to the purchase outside the UK.

Our payments are processed via PayPal gateway, so your transaction details really are safe. Please note: It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

The information you provide to us during your order process will be used to supply your order. We will never share information with third parties and any promotional email you receive from us will also allow you to unsubscribe if you decide you no longer want to receive emails with news and special offers.

You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username and password that may be used on our website. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. If you wish to see or amend your information visit the pages available under the ‘Your Account’ section on our website. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised in any way.

Portrose Limited will have no liability for disclosure of information due to errors in transmission or unauthorised acts of third parties. In addition, we may disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of security.


At sunniesforkids.com, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is high demand, public and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will not be processed until Monday (or next working business day).

We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked services for all deliveries (UK and International). However, we do also offer DPD next working day service (express) together with DPD Europe. For further information please do go to the ‘delivery’ section.

Please contact us in the unlikely event that it has been more than 10 days since placing your order.

If the delivery address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, Portrose Limited cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge. Please be aware that this additional charge may apply independently of potential free delivery offers. You may be required to pay all delivery costs for re-delivery if your package was to be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.


From time to time we may have promotional codes available that may include FREE delivery. Please ensure that you use these correctly at the time of checkout to apply for any such promotion. Discount codes may be used per transaction and cannot be retrospectively added to orders or refunded.

Orders over £45 will be sent free delivery.

Orders where a courier service has been selected will require a signature. Where leave safe or with neighbour instructions are given to DPD, Portrose Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the delivery.

Although we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day they are received (before 2pm), at busy times this may not be possible. Please select express delivery if your order is urgent.


Please note order sent internationally (outside UK) may be subject to local taxes.


As a customer you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods to us as long as these are in their original, unopened, re-sellable and unused condition. To cancel your order, please contact us at nick@sunniesforkids.com quoting your full name and order ID number.

We aim to have you fully satisfied with your sunnies, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer a refund or exchange provided that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase in a re-sellable condition. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that use our pre-paid returns label or send via a trackable/recorded delivery service.

Please include your full name and address, order ID number and reason for return with your returned products and send to Portrose Limited, Hilcott Farm, Hilcott, Pewsey, Wiltshire, SN9 6LE

We aim to handle returns within five working days of receiving the goods. We recommend that you keep your proof of posting to track your parcel.


Our register & replace guarantee is ONLY available to those customers who register their product purchase on sunniesforkids.com WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase/invoice date. The guarantee only covers loss or breakage for 1 year from the date of registration. Customers who register on sunniesforkids.com agree that SEABO Limited may contact them at the email address provided at registration. Registration must be made in the name of the end-customer, and the address must be the ship-to address of said end-customer. Maximum registrations by customer name and/or customer ship-to address is 10 units. The Register & Replace guarantee is LIMITED TO ONE (1) REPLACEMENT PER CUSTOMER. Customers are required to pay the cost of shipping from our location in the UK for their replacement sunnies. Customers who register their purchase(s) from outside the UK will be required to pay shipping to their country. If the customer's replacement pair breaks within one year of sending, the customer is entitled to ONE (1) additional replacement pair. To claim this additional replacement, customer is required to mail the damaged product to Portrose Limited, Hilcott Farm, Hilcott, Pewsey, Wiltshire, SN9 6LE.
